Disclaimer:-By ordering a commission from lilodust ("the artist"), you ("the client") agree that you have read this TOS in full and abide by all the conditions listed below.-If the client refuses to comply to the Terms of Service after agreeing to abide by it, the artist has the right to reject or cancel the client's commission(s), along with having the ability of choosing to provide refunds for, blacklisting, or creating a PSA (public service announcement) about the client's behavior.-The Terms of Service may be updated at any time without notice.-The artist has the right to use any commission for public display.-The client may only use their ordered commissions for personal use and project assets only. The client may not use their commission for direct profits, like prints or other merchandise. If the client wishes to use commisisoned art for merchandise, the client must contact the artist about it before the commission process.-The artist has the right to reject or cancel commissions for any reason. Likewise, the client is allowed to not pay the commission fees for any reason. Canceled commissions that have been paid will be fully refunded.-The artist will not work with strict deadlines unless the client wants it before the holidays as a gift etc.-The client is not permitted to use their commissioned art for NFTs or AI generation purposes.-The recommended method of contact is through Toyhou.se(lilodust) DMs, Discord(liloarr0103) and twitter(lilodust). The artist requests that the client speak in a way that can communicate their request properly and easily: avoid typing quirks, font/color changes, obscure slang/abbreviations, etc.-The artist will post all images publicly in the artist's art examples gallery, unless specifically stated before completion by the client to keep private.-Do not send the artist any payment until the artist sends an invoice. Money given outside of an invoice will be considered donations or a tip.For the order form, please refer to the Form section in the artist's commission info.-All payments are upfront. The artist will not work on the commission until the client pays in full.-After the sketching phase, there will be no refunds permitted (see Process). Any chargeback on a commission after it's sketching phase will result in the client being pulically blacklisted by the artist for scamming.

Payment & Process!!-I accept full payment after the confirmed sketch! Unfortunately, I only take paypal!-I also do not refund money if the client cancelled the commission after the completed stage.-Please tell us all the details of the character during the sketch, if necessary! during the finished art, it will be possible to correct the work the first two times for free.-I will also send art during the process to clarify the details etc.

Adopts information:-Client must include credit to me as the creator/designer.-Client cannot edit or claim artist designs as their own.-Do not use artist designs for AI, racism, queerphobia, hate speech, illegal content, etc-Client cant immediately resell or trade after the initial purchase.(only after 1-3 weeks)-Client cant resell design for higher price.-please do not draw adult contect if character under 18.
